This project called for some patch work, leveling, new flush mount vents, new wood installed in a powder room and a wider band installed around the fireplace. After that was completed we sanded the floor and worked with the designer to create a custom mixed, rich color before applying a 2 component Bona finish. Fun fact: this Mission Hills home is the former home of KC Chiefs player, Patrick Mahomes.
